DMCA / Copyright Policy

United Internet Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates PriceCheckHQ.com (the "Site"), which respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content sources to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and how we respond to such notices.
1) Content Covered
- The Site includes product manuals sourced from manufacturer websites and other public sources, which we process into searchable text and diagram images for consumer reference alongside price comparison tools.
- The Site also includes deal listings, images, and other content sourced from affiliate networks and merchants.
- If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.
2) Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a notice of alleged copyright infringement, send a written communication that includes substantially all of the following, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., the specific page URL on the Site).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory (Service Provider Registration No. DMCA-1075024).
Notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements above may not receive a response.
4) Our Response
- Upon receipt of a valid, complete notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify the party responsible for posting the material of the removal.
5) Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted or that concerns you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Send counter-notices to the same contact listed in Section 3. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.
6) Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content from or terminate access for parties who are repeat infringers.
7) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated Effective Date.
