5) Your Privacy Choices & Rights

  • "Do Not Sell or Share": Opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information for advertising and analytics on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. When you opt out, we stop loading Google Analytics and Google AdSense on that browser.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): We automatically honor GPC signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing — no further action needed.
  • Cookie controls: You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust interest-based advertising at adssettings.google.com and optout.aboutads.info. EEA/UK visitors are shown a consent message and can change their choice at any time.
  • Email communications: Unsubscribe using the link in emails we send.
  • Your rights (EEA/UK/California/Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut/Utah): Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information, and to withdraw consent.

    Because we do not offer accounts and never ask for your name, email, or a login, the data we hold is pseudonymous (e.g., approximate location, device type, and the search terms you enter). We generally cannot link it to a specific individual or reliably verify that a requester is the person it relates to. As permitted by GDPR Art. 11(2) and applicable US state laws, where we cannot re-identify or verify you, we may be unable to action access, correction, or portability requests, and we will explain that in our response.

    The choices we can always honor are: (i) opting out of sale/sharing via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or a GPC signal, and (ii) withdrawing cookie consent. If you provide enough detail to locate matching records (such as the approximate date and the search terms involved), we will make reasonable efforts to delete them. 6) Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and use.

7) Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us to request deletion.

We rely on these providers' transfer safeguards — such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into their data processing agreements — rather than transferring personal data under our own separate arrangements. As described above, the data we retain on our own systems is pseudonymous and does not include raw IP addresses.

10) Third-Party Links and Features

The Site links to third-party sites and services (e.g., merchants, marketplaces, advertisers). Their practices are governed by their own policies.
