SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X: Compare Prices

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X is the Xbox-compatible member of the Nova 7 wireless family. It also supports other platforms through its wireless adapter, making it useful for shoppers moving between consoles and a computer. The X matters: Nova 7 and Nova 7P listings should not be treated as equivalent Xbox wireless options. The older Arctis 7X and Arctis 7X+ are separate products, despite their similar names.

Both Nova 7X generations combine low-latency 2.4GHz wireless with Bluetooth, including simultaneous game audio and phone audio. Generation 1 is rated for up to 38 hours of battery life; Gen 2 advertises 50-plus hours and mobile app control. Actual runtime depends on usage, and a used battery may fall short of its original rating.

Choose Gen 2 if longer battery life and app-based adjustments matter to you. Generation 1 can still suit shoppers prioritizing cross-platform audio and simultaneous Bluetooth. Do not infer a generation from a missing label: check the product information and packaging when a title simply says Nova 7X.

The included USB-C wireless dongle is central to the Nova 7X experience. Its Xbox/USB switch selects the appropriate connection mode: Xbox for compatible Xbox consoles, and USB for supported non-Xbox devices. Bluetooth alone does not replace the Xbox dongle connection. A headset-only offer may therefore require an additional purchase before it works for your intended setup.

Check listing photos and the contents description for the correct adapter, charging cable and any USB connection accessories your device needs. A replacement transmitter should explicitly support the headset model and generation; do not assume a Nova 7P adapter or a generic Bluetooth dongle will work. For PS5 use, the Nova 7X connects through its dongle in USB mode, but controls and software features can differ by platform.

The retractable microphone and suspension headband are useful everyday features to inspect. SteelSeries Sonar provides PC software processing, including EQ and microphone noise reduction; those software benefits do not automatically transfer to a console. Spatial-audio options also depend on the platform, software and any required licenses.

These results include different conditions, so compare like-for-like offers before choosing. New, open-box, refurbished and used are distinct categories. Read the individual condition description rather than assuming open-box means complete or refurbished means a manufacturer-backed restoration. Confirm the stated return arrangements and warranty coverage on the destination listing.

For used headsets, inspect the ear cushions, elastic headband, hinges, microphone and USB-C port. Ask whether both wireless connections, microphone mute and charging have been tested. Battery wear, lingering odors and missing adapters can matter more than minor cosmetic marks. Listings that only show the headset deserve extra scrutiny even when the title does not say headset-only.

The page's asking prices span $20.00–$231.00; these are listing prices, not confirmed sale prices. Use generation and condition to narrow your comparison, then account for delivery charges and any missing accessories. An unusually low asking price is a reason to inspect the description, not proof of a bargain. Verify the final checkout total and the exact item supplied before ordering.
